Product Description: Interpon D3000 – Fluoromax is the first product in a new generation of Hyper Durable architectural powder coatings. Based on Akzo Nobel’s Fluoromax technology Interpon D3000 uses innovative fluorocarbon polymer chemistry to provide the ultimate in exterior durability.
Interpon D3000 contains more than 70% of fluorocarbon resin in polymer matrix. The Fluoromax technology has been assessed against the most severe testing requirements including 10 years real time exposure in Florida.
By complying with AAMA205-02 Interpon D3000 products offer a powder alternative to high performance liquid coatings such as fluorocarbons (PVDF or PVF2).
Designed to coat aluminium extrusions and panels Interpon D3000 – Fluoromax is the ideal solution for all buildings where the optimum architectural, aesthetic, technical and economic performance is essential.
Due to the powder coating technology Interpon D3000 – Fluoromax is cost effective. Powder coating is a 100% solid paint, powder can be reclaimed during application and film thickness is obtained in one single coat.
Interpon D3000 – Fluormax is solvent-free and releases virtually zero Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) into the environment during application.
