As well as offering advantages in terms of economic and environmental performance, the system doesn’t compromise on appearance or technical quality and has attracted serious interest from potential customers.

A demo line has already been set up at the facilities of commercial vehicles producer C&C Truck in Wuhu. It consists of a spraybooth, oven and a robot and powder-bell. The first applications took place last month and have been hailed as a big success.

If all goes to plan, full-scale powder coating of C&C commercial vehicles for the Chinese market will commence by the end of the year.
