With all of this in mind, we now offer our customers the following services:
onLine
onLine Coating Control monitors a customer’s painting process through a series of electronic sensors. These measure various parameters, such as oven temperature, amount powder application parameters and thickness of powder coating.. The real-time information is visible for the customers production and management teams but, crucially, can also be accessed by one of AkzoNobel’s technicians.
onDemand
In direct response to customer demand last year, AkzoNobel overhauled its delivery options for European customers and now offers same or next day delivery for stock items, small packs in one or two days, five days for made to order powders and just five days for sample panels. These improved delivery options, also help customers’ cash-flow. They can order as required and keep stocks to a miniumum.
