The Haus Santa Fe, combines both the ultra modern design and simple color scheme which was chosen to reference traditional Mexican architecture. From one side, it appears as two angled, smooth white façades, from the other side, the slash has turned into a cascade of bright color. Together with the hot, tangerine color of the interior façades and the tree-planted, water-filled, central plaza, this creates a feeling of warmth and welcome.
