Saving Energy

The powder coating process demands energy to heat the oven to cure the powder. Even on the most efficient coating lines. Increasing fuel costs are pushing up the cost of coating. Reducing the oven temperature saves energy – but of course you still need powders which will give the save performance and at the same productivity rates. We can now offer a range of technologies with curing temperatures ranging from the standard 200°C right down to 140°C. And all cured for 10 minutes metal temperature.

Saving powder and savig money

Getting the best powder utilization helps you save money. Fact. So we can help you do this by working with you on approving the application process and also offer you our patented Particle Management Technology.  Particle Management Technology us a way fo changing the application properties of a powder coating.  This makes the charging characteristics of the powder particles different compared with a standard powder, giving enhanced fluidity and more even charging. This results in a well controlled application of powder, with great uniformity of film thickness and lower demands on the application equipment.

Reducing Film thickness
