Our rapid service options from Cromadex – putting you in control
We know every customer is different. In fact every order is different and sometimes you need your order quickly. We listen to our customers, so we have developed the onDemand package which gives you what you want, when you want it.
European customers can now choose from a range of delivery options: same or next day delivery for stock items, small packs in one or two days, five days for made to order powders and just five days for sample panels.
This means it not only helps you with your cash-flow, but you can order as required and keep your stocks to a minimum.
So what do I need to do. Contact your local Cromadex center (Europe only), simply choose the product and service you want, and let us take care of the rest.
Our services, based around working days, are as follows:
1 Day – from stock service
Choose from several levels of flexible delivery on products we carry in stock.
Make sure you call before 5pm and specify the delivery time you need and we will do the rest. You can even collect yur product within one hour of placing your order

- One hour collect
- Same Day collect
- Next day befoe 9am
- Next day before noon
- Next day before 5pm
3 Days – Express Service
Our made to order service offers fast manufacture and delivery on orders up to 2 boxes
5 Days – Rapid Response Service
Another made to order service, which allows us to help you match, make and deliver from 50kg up t0 3,000kg on standard products.
5 Days – Match and sample service
Let us match and send you a panel within 5 working days
