11–12 Wellington Place

At 11–12 Wellington Place, bronze-toned detailing gives the office development a warm, contemporary presence. It draws on the industrial character of the site’s former rail infrastructure while sitting comfortably alongside the estate’s retained stone buildings. Banded metallic elements reference the linear rhythm of historic railway tracks, bringing depth and refinement to the facade across the curtain walling, windows and doors. Completed in 2023, the building became one of the first developments outside London to achieve a NABERS Design Reviewed 5 Star rating in the UK, placing it among LEEDs' highest-performing office buildings for energy efficiency. Interpon D Anodic powder coatings Anodic Bronze and Gold Pearl deliver a superdurable, weather-resistant finish with long-term color stability for exposed architectural elements.
