Battery systems
Our Resicoat EV powder coatings offer excellent electrical insulation and high dielectric strength, providing critical protection for battery system components. Engineered for durability, they ensure corrosion and chemical resistance, optimizing performance and safety. These coatings can be applied to various areas, including cells, modules, housings (interior and exterior), covers, side plates, cooling plates, trays, tubes, and busbars.
Electric motor
Our Resicoat EV powder coatings provide robust protection against heat, chemicals, moisture, and corrosion. These coatings ensure uniform film build and superior thermal protection through the fluidized bed application process. They are designed to protect critical electric motor components, including hairpin stators, ensuring reliable, long-term performance.
