Abbey Place

At Abbey Place, a 22-storey tower and 12-storey companion block are brought together by a shared garden, giving this 245-homes, energy-efficient development a sense of openness and connection. Originally conceived in Glass Reinforced Concrete, the facade was instead realized in aluminum cladding panels finished in two complementary stone-effect tones, creating a more cost-effective solution with the depth and character of natural stone. Coated in superdurable Interpon D2525 Stone Effect, the panels bring a layered, tactile quality to the facade while reducing weight and supporting durability and easier installation across the build.
