• Resicoat R-726A series 
  A trusted choice for general pipeline applications. These stand-alone, single-layer coatings offer an efficient balance of performance and value. With excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and flexibility, they’re designed to handle the physical demands of pipeline transport. Superior adhesion to metal and high resistance to cathodic disbonding make them a dependable solution where protection matters most.
   

• Resicoat R-735 series
  For pipelines facing the toughest mechanical and chemical demands, the Resicoat R-735 series is the go-to. This three-layer coating system offers outstanding protection against corrosion and impacts, along with excellent adhesion and resistance to cathodic disbondment. Designed for durability in the most challenging environments, it ensures long-term performance and reliability.

Low application temperatures (LAT)

The Resicoat LAT range is designed for greater energy efficiency and application flexibility—without compromising protection. These low application temperature coatings cure at significantly lower heat levels, helping to reduce energy costs, speed up production, and minimize thermal stress on the pipeline.

Each product is tailored to a specific application:

• Resicoat R-726LAT is ideal for field joints, where lower curing temperatures help protect sensitive overlaps.
  
  
• Resicoat R-735LAT is used on the pipe body in three-layer systems, combining mechanical strength with energy savings.
  
  
• Resicoat R-556LAT is built for pipelines in high operating temperature environments, delivering corrosion protection while increasing application efficiency.
  
  

High operating temperatures application
 

• Resicoat R-556 series
  When pipelines run hotter, you need coatings that won’t back down. Resicoat R-556 series is designed for high-temperature environments, including deep oil and gas field applications. It’s available as both a single-layer fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) and as a primer for three-layer polypropylene systems. With superior corrosion resistance, excellent adhesion, and high mechanical strength, it delivers dependable protection where heat is a constant factor.

Specialty top layer in dual layer systems
 

For pipelines that need more than standard corrosion protection, Resicoat specialty top layers—part of dual-layer FBE systems—add targeted performance benefits to meet specific project and environmental demands.

• Resicoat R-641: A gouge-resistant layer that protects pipes from mechanical damage during laying, handling, backfilling, and horizontal directional drilling.
  
  
• Resicoat R-105: A system ideal for applications requiring higher film thickness and enhanced flexibility.
  
  
• Resicoat R-741: An anti-slip coating developed to prevent pipe slippage from the concrete weight coating during offshore installation from lay barges.
  
  
• Resicoat R-600: Adds UV resistance for above-ground or exposed sections, extending the lifespan of the anti-corrosion system in sunlight-exposed environments.

The Resicoat PI range provides pipelines with comprehensive resistance against all substances that flow through them. 

From H2S to CO2, salt water to petroleum distillates, internal pipeworks must manage high temperature and pressure from the substances that flow through them.
