The Collective, Baltimore Wharf rises 20 storeys in London’s Docklands, with a facade that brings warmth and texture to a large co-living development of more than 700 studio apartments. Cladding panels across the building envelope were finished in superdurable Interpon D2525 Stone Effect, used as an alternative to Glass Reinforced Concrete. The stone-inspired finish adds depth while softening the scale of the building, and also brings practical advantages by helping reduce weight and material costs while supporting easier installation and simpler replacement over time.
